Villetta Apani Pool features a spacious kitchen and living area, complete with an oven, fridge-freezer, and a cozy pellet fire, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The master bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers a versatile layout with a bed that can be extended and easy access to a charming terrace area in the garden. 

The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and socialising, with a veranda featuring a table and chairs and hammock beside a sleek, modern swimming pool. You’ll also find a barbecue area, a washroom, and a convenient outdoor shower to refresh after a swim. Private parking is available for multiple vehicles. 

Situated just a five-minute walk from the beach and several lidos, this home is also a short 10-minute drive to the renowned Torre Guaceto nature reserve. Enjoy the convenience of a central location, with Brindisi Airport only 15 minutes away, Brindisi city center a 20-minute drive, and the stunning town of Ostuni also reachable in just 20 minutes. This is the ideal base for a relaxing and well-connected holiday. 

Additional information

• A damage deposit of €500.00 will be required by arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the check-out date;
• swimming pool cleaning costs are included in the booking;
• arrival out of stated schedule will require an additional payment of €20.00 per booking;
• a cot/crib is provided on request with no additional cost expected;
• an additional cleaning cost of €250.00 will be added to the total costs of the booking.
• Following the local laws, we inform guests that the payment of a tourist tax of €1 per person per night will be required as a separate payment on your arrival, up to a maximum of five nights per stay.
• As required by current italian legislation, guests would also be required to sign a standard tourist rental contract before arrival.
