L' appartamento può ospitare due persone, con la flessibilità di ospitarne un terzo sul divano letto ed è composto da un'ampia camera matrimoniale, un moderno soggiorno con divano, televisore e tavolo, un delizioso bagno con cabina doccia e una comoda zona lavanderia con lavatrice. Arrivando al primo piano verrete accolti da una zona reception con la cucina principale dotata di tutti i comfort, compresa la lavastoviglie.
Al piano superiore gli ospiti di Casetta La Pizzica troveranno la spaziosa terrazza panoramica e l'adiacente angolo cottura interno, attrazione finale di questa stupenda casetta. Quì, circondato dalla magica atmosfera del centro storico, potrai sorseggiare un bicchiere di vino la sera o goderti un caffè mattutino mentre ti prepari per una giornata alla scoperta di questa meravigliosa terra! L' appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata e riscaldamento centralizzato per i viaggiatori fuori stagione.
Seguendo le leggi locali, informiamo gli ospiti che verrà richiesto separatamente al vostro arrivo il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno pari a €2,50 per persona per notte, fino ad un massimo di 7 notti a soggiorno. Come previsto dalla normativa vigente agli ospiti sarà richiesta la firma del contratto di locazione turistica.

Für einen Städte Trip genau das richtige. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super Dachterasse zum Sitzen und Verweilen. Sehr sauber. Komfortable. Super Kommunikation mit den Hosts. Empfehlenswert!
Had a great stay here, awesome central location. Marta was very helpful and recommended a couple of good restaurants (Brenda pizza- the best pizza in Italy!!).
This a hidden gem, absolutely spotless when we arrived. great communication with the host and we were met at the apartment on arrival. I thought we'd booked a room but no, a whole apartment, very spacious, with a cute roof terrace. Nice coffee provided (very important!). Such quiet surroundings yet the city is all within walking distance. Loved it.

It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment. It is super large, with plenty of space, clean and had everything you could need. The communication was very easy and Fabiola was super kind. Would recommend this place.

The stay at The Fab Stay’s was amazing. It was spacious, clean and it’s in the perfect location. The host was very helpful and gave us useful information about public transport etc. We will definitely come back, totally recommend this Airbnb!

This is a serene and beautiful apartment, a lovely conversion of an old building, with exposed stonework and vaulted ceilings. Despite being right in the centre of town it is quiet and peaceful night and day. It is in a picturesque area close to restaurants and the harbour. The host was very helpful and responsive, I truly appreciated the extra effort to allow me to check in early after a long haul flight. I was in Brindisi for work and this was an excellent base that helped me feel refreshed and rested during a busy week. Highly recommended.

Very nice and modernized apartment for two located in the charming centre of Brindisi. Great and clean facilities. The host took very good care of us and was helpful throughout our stay. We recommend this fabulous stay!

The apartment was beautiful, it was clean and fresh. It was also very quite in a nice little laneway. The bed was really comfortable and I had no issues. Everything about it was just perfect and I wish I could have stayed there longer. There was someone waiting for me with the key when I arrived. It was only a five minute walk to the cathedral and to the main street.
Supermooi, nieuw, ruim en zeer comfortabel luxe appartement op de eerste etage. Op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden met een bakkertje met elke ochtend verse broodjes en kleine supermarkt om de hoek. Met de trein is Ostuni in 20 minuten gemakkelijk te bereiken. Gastvrouw Mari is erg behulpzaam en flexibel en reageert snel op een berichtje. Dank daarvoor. Als je met zijn 2-en een accomodatie zoekt hoef je echt niet verder te kijken!

The FabStay was a great host and responded very quickly and kindly to any questions we had and helped us with our request. The host is also very proactive in giving recommendations. Wat een geweldig unieke locatie. Alles ruim, schoon, netjes, horren voor de ramen, fles water in de koelkast, host reageert snel en denkt met je mee.
