A genuinely Fab Stay

Everything was more than we expected. Fabiola and Mari were extremely helpful and friendly, altering our check-in and check-out times to suit us. The apartment was spacious with a huge terrace, all amenities were catered for. The area is lovely, 50m from a beautiful beach and very quiet, especially at this time of year. All in all a wonderful place, we would definitely like to return again.It was a Fab Stay!

La casa mi ha sorpreso da subito dalla sua bellezza e grandezza , attrezzata pulita e comoda . Dentro si trova tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Vicino al centro storico di mesagne davanti si trova un bar molto bello e un forno . Il parcheggio si trova facilmente . Non ho niente da dire forse unica cosa negativa la strada è trafficata e al mattino si sente il passaggio delle macchine .

Che dire....pulitissimo, accurato, raffinato nell arredamento, e nei dettagli per la cura dell' ospite. Stanze e bagno ampi e finestrati. Ottima posizione a piedi dal centro, dal lungomare, dal supermercato e dalla stazione dei treni. Host precisissimo e sempre reperibile se necessario. Check-in autonomo con dettagliatissime istruzioni.

Had a lovely stay at Orchidea! Everything was clean and cozy, and the too-good-to-be-true photos were in fact very true! WiFi, washing machine, heating/AC, and a small terrace area were all there - amenities I all used and felt like I was at my own home. I also appreciated extra touches like a Bluetooth speaker and an alarm clock with wireless phone charger. There were also many other amenities in the kitchen, so everything was well stocked. Keep in mind that the fridge is a mini-fridge, so remember this before you do a big supermarlet shop. Linens and towels were clean and smelled fresh, and the whole apartment was very clean. Mari who helped me with check-in (which was quite easy by the way!) was very helpful, and even gave me a recommendation for a great taxi driver. Many shops are close by, including a pharmacy, so if you’re arriving jet lagged from somewhere in the world, you can grab any basics easily. I highly recommend Orchidea, and would be happy to book again in the future.

Great apartment in a nice part of town. The apartment worked well for us as a couple with a great bathroom and small, shared, outdoor space. Hosts were brilliant with good communication before, during and after the visit. Lady who met us was informative and very helpful. Close to town and port. Only problem was on the Saturday night. The bar and restaurant that we shared the square with were very busy and it was very noisy till 2am. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Parking was good with lots of free spaces a five minute walk away. Parking gets busy at night.

Super nice and supportive host. Good location, close to plenty of restaurants and the train station. Nice patio to sit and relax in the evening, but through that patio you could hear all neighbours, the water heaters and other installation noises. It has its charm to hear italian families at their dinner tables, but can be a challenge if you travel with kids. The second bedroom is upstairs, be aware of that. The major downside: the intense smell of cleaning products when we entered the flat and after turning on the AC in the upstairs bedroom we all got extreme allergies/runny noses during the whole stay. But with no AC it was rather hot upstairs, especially since the window opens to the patio. Its no deal breaker if traveling with adults/friends etc. But was a little inconvenient with a baby on board. Overall I would recommend the flat due to the many positive aspects like location, patio, 2 bathrooms, good wifi.

The pictures are accurate. There were no reviews so the pictures were all I had. My 2 negatives: -the hot water tank ran out in less than 2 minutes. - there is a big For Sale sign on the glass deck you must look around. Positives- the parking was easy. Everything is new.

I thought we'd booked a room but no, a whole apartment, very spacious, with a cute roof terrace. Nice coffee provided (very important!). Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par Mari qui a été très arrangeante et disponible. Elle a également pris le temps de nous faire quelques recommendations très utiles de lieux à visiter aux alentours. Le logement était agréable, spacieux et parfaitement localisé dans le centre, au milieu de tout types de commerces, ce qui a été très pratique. Il y a tout le nécessaire sur place. Notre séjour a été vraiment très agréable.

We really enjoyed our stay in Chiobbica. The house was lovely and full of personality, with a great outside space and pool. It had everything we needed for our stay, including various drinks and snacks that were left for us. The house was very well located in an extremely peaceful area (exactly what we were looking for) not far from Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica which are all lovely towns. Marilinda was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome and sending us lots of local recommendations during our visit. We look forward to staying again another time.

Mari war eine äusserst freundliche Gastgeberin welche praktisch rund um die Uhr für uns da war. Wir konnten sie jederzeit kontaktieren wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Wohnung in Ostuni war sehr hübsch mit einer wunderbaren Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Stadt, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt wo man toll Essen kann.

Vorig jaar verbleven we enkele dagen in Viletta Fronte Mare, dit jaar voor een langere tijd. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft een uitgebreide inventaris en is superschoon. De ligging (pal aan zee), de eigen afgesloten parkeerplaats, maar vooral het grote dakterras met geweldig uitzicht maken dit een heerlijk vakantiehuis waar we graag nog eens terugkomen. De communicatie met Fabiola verliep erg vlot en plezierig. Bedankt Fabiola, tot ziens!

Great stay at Casa Colombo! It was everything we asked for the stay. Even if the apartment ( as mostly flats in south) is on groundfloor on the bigger street, it was super quite during the night. We slept really well! The team of Fab stay was also great from the beginning. Definitelly recomending Casa Colombo :)

Ottimo appartamento, rispecchia tutte le qualità che sono indicate nelle foto e nelle descrizioni. Host sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Posizione comoda a due passi dal porto di Brindisi dove si può trovare ristoranti e locali. Consigliatissima!!

Siamo una coppia che è stata ospitata da Mary, un host che si è dimostrata da subito gentile, attenta, disponibile e ci ha dato moltissimi consigli sia per spiagge del territorio (spiegandoci anche la questione venti😁) che dritte sui locali della zona, tutti super apprezzati 😍 Ci siamo subito trovati a nostro agio nella struttura e davvero come a casa. Si presenta tutto ben organizzato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e con un arredamento piacevole, che ti mette pace e accoglie dal primo momento che entri in casa ❤️ La posizione è strategica, vicinissimo al centro storico di Mesagne, che è pieno di movida e localini carini, inoltre a pochi passi ci sono supermercati e si trova anche un bel centro commerciale 😉 comodo anche per il parcheggio. Ottima posizione collegata agli imbocchi autostradali per muoversi tra le coste adriatiche o ioniche e visitare al meglio tutto il Salento! Consigliatissimo il soggiorno al Namastè e da Mary host eccezionale! ❤️ Grazie per l'ospitalità, sicuramente se ci dovesse ricapitare torneremo qui da voi, a presto! 🤗

This apartment is boujee with a great amount of space. The kitchen facilities are wonderful and I love the overall aesthetic of the place. Marilinda from the Fab Stay team was so nice to us when we stayed. The location of this apartment is also wonderful.

What a great find! The location is perfect being under a 5-minute walk to the train station. The team at the Fab Stay also gave a great service from start to finish. If I return to Brindisi, I'll be contacting them again.

I stayed at the Fab stay in Brindisi and it was an incredibly good experience. Their team made everything to ensure our experience would be a good and pleasant one. We even received a bottle of local wine as a gift when we arrived which was a very kind touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone interested in having a central, safe and beautiful holiday's house in Brindisi and I will surely return when I will have the opportunity.
