Domenico Esposito is a creative and innovative chef born in a small village in the province of Caserta, near Naples. His mission is to offer customers excellent quality gastronomic experiences based on a modern reinterpretation of typical dishes of the Apulian tradition, in the home of his diners.

One of the main features of his cuisine is the minimal manipulation of raw materials in order to preserve the identity and taste of Puglia. The aesthetics, care and finish of his dishes play a fundamental role in the experience – ensuring the served menu is attractive but even better to taste. His aim is to always surprise his customers and create unforgettable moments through the sharing of some of the best ingredients of Italy.

To invite this personal holiday chef of Puglia, Domenico Esposito, to cook in your home, basic kitchen needs are expected for him to prepare a delicious apulian menu at your convenience. He will bring extra kitchen equipment and utensils to prepare all food to his high standards. Domenico would expect a clean and tidy kitchen on arrival and would leave as found. He is available to travel to Brindisi, Bari, Lecce, Valle D’itria and the surrounding area.

The menu is influenced to the seasons of the year. Prices quoted are based on the number of participants. Price with home service included:
