All participants will be able to take part to a mini olive oil tasting course during which the tasting technique will be explained and given some indications for one to be able to recognise the different types of products through the sense of taste, sight and smell. The stories and passion of the Petruzzi Family will introduce you to the great world that goes beyond what may seem like a simple olive oil for preparing food. Depending on the season or how busy they are will determine if a tour of the facilities is possible. Activity duration varies, also, for the same reason.
