An educational walk for those who are passionate about nature and italian landcapes while also enjoying gastronomic traditions. Here you will discover the ravine of Gravina, karst cradle of a great heritage of spontaneous and fragrant herbs, learning the properties and above all, recognising their correct use. These same herbs will be harvested in the right balsamic time (respecting also their life cycle) for you to transform them into a ‘liquid form’ at the end of the walk such as a cocktail for you to recall all the aromas of the Alta Murgia National Park. There will also be historical connotations of the monuments you will sight along the way, with a focus on local craftsmanship.
This trip is ideal for everyone, including families and children. The duration typically lasts around 3 hours. The experience takes place 15:00 – 18:00.
